Clinical Effect of Entecavir(ETV) Combined with Anluo Huaxian Pill on the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B liver fibrosis Patients

Abstract
Objective : To observe the clinical effect of entecavir (etv) combined with Anluo Huaxian Pill on the treatment of chronichepatitis B liver fibrosis patients . Methods : 46 patients were randomly divided into one treatment group and one control group. Thetreatment group was treated with ETVand Anluo Huaxian pill whilethe control group was treated only with ETV.Six months was a courseof treatment . HBV-DNAand liver fibrosis indicators( HA、LN、PCIII、CIV) were observed before and after the treatment . Results : TheHBV-DNAandliver fibrosisindicators of the two groups declined apparently after the treatment .Thelevel of theliver fibrosisindicatorsinthe treatment group was lower than that of the control group. The difference was significance(P0 .01) . Conclusion: The treatment ofETVcombined with Anluo Huaxian pill obviouslyi mproves the levels of the chronic hepatitis Bliver fibrosis patients .
