Abstract

From the perspective that there exist the monopoly and anti-monopoly in the socialism Economy,the author discusses comprehensively the formation of monopoly in sub structural industries,the difficulties and measures of anti-monopoly,and finally advances a strategy to foster a large business group to compete with transnational corporation.
