Abstract

By analyzing cases and data, this paper holds that international monopoly has already occurred in China and that there are two different types of international monopoly existing: a certain industry is controlled either by a single international enterprise or by several international enterprises. Then the paper analyzes how each type of monopoly affects the economy. After that, the paper discusses the method of keeping away and regulating the international monopoly and holds that the regulation of international monopoly should be enchanced in the anti-monopoly law.
