Investigation and Analysis on Present Situation of Professional Knowledge and Ability of Secondary Vocational School Teachers

Teachers' professional knowledge and ability is the key to improve the teaching quality.Questionnaire survey on the present situation of professional knowledge and ability of secondary vocational teachers has been done,and the results show that secondary vocational teachers' education and professional background knowledge is weak,and their abilities in curriculum development and school-enterprise cooperation also need to be strengthened.Therefore,secondary vocational schools need to strive to construct the hierarchical training mechanism for specialty teachers,deepen the school-enterprise cooperation training mechanism,carry out social service activities,and gradually improve teachers' abilities in practice and curriculum development.
