Abstract

People are paying more and more attention to college English teaching reform, of which teacher education reform is one of the key parts. By analyzing the new social and economic situations, the different performances of current college students and modem language teaching theories, teaching approaches, etc, this paper attempts to discuss some aspects to be considered in college English teacher education reform under new circumstances.
