Clinical curative effect observation of Duhuo Jisheng decoction addition and subtraction in treatment of lumbar disc herniation

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of Duhuo Jisheng decoction addition and subtraction in treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods Sixty patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Control group with 30 patients was treated by traction-manipulation only.Experimental group with 30 patients was treated by Duhuo Jisheng decoction addition and subtraction based on the control group.The clinical curative effect of the two groups was observed.Results Eight cases in the control group were excellent,6 cases were good,8 cases were fair,8 cases were invalid,the effective rate was 73.33%;12 cases in the experimental group were excellent,7 cases were good,8 cases were fair,3 cases were invalid,the effective rate was 90.00%,the difference of the effective rate and the marks of visual analogue scale before and after treatment between experimental group and control group was statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng decoction addition and subtraction in treatment of lumbar disc herniation has a significant effect and it is worth promoting.
