Clinical Observation of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Abstract

Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in the treatment of lumbar discherniation.Methods:According to the random number table,68 cases of patients with lumbar discherniation in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2011 were randomly divided into a control group of 34 cases and a treatment group of 34 cases.The control group used the western conventional treatment,while the treatment group added the treatment of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on the basis of the control group.Results:The degree of pain improvement and the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:Duhuo Jisheng Decoction is a safe and effective prescription of lumbar discherniation.
