Abstract
Objective To evaluate the predicative value of LDL C/HDL C and TG/HDL C ratio for coronary heart disease(CHD) Methods LDL C/HDL C and TG/HDL C ratio were analysised in 104 cases of patient (CHD group) and 92 cases of control (contral group) which were enrolled by coronary angiography Results Correlation analysis and multivariate regression analysis showed both LDL C/HDL C and TG/HDL C ratio have positive correlation with CHD,the ratio were significantly higer in CHD group than in control group Conclusion LDL C/HDL C and TG/HDL C ratio is a good predicative factor for CHD Compared to TG/HDL C ratio,LDL C/HDL C ratio revealed stronger correlation with CHD
