Abstract
Objective:To study the dynamic changes of sperm acrosin activity, provides the reference for the clinical selection of the best fertilization time. Methods:Ddtermined the semen's sperm acrosin activity of 29 infertile couples in different time(30 min,60 min,120 min and 180 min). Results:The acrosin release respectively of each group were: 54.3%,62.1%,75.9%,82.9%,and 180 min group was the highest. The acrosome enzyme of 30 min and 60 min were significant lower than 180 min(P0.05),and there was no significant difference between 120 min and 180 min(P0.05).The rate of release of sperm acrosin activity in 180 min was the highest. Conclusion:Clinical add time should be arranged at 120 min.
