Abstract
Objective To understand the antibiotics application of outpatient pediatric prescriptions,to promote the rational use of drugs,to ensure drug safety for children.Methods 1000 outpatient pediatric prescriptions were randomly sampled from July to November in 2010 for classification and statistical analysis of antibiotics.Results The antibiotics usage rate of outpatient pediatric prescriptions in our hospital is high,accounting for 79.86% of inspected prescriptions.The combined use of antibiotics accounted for 45.04% of antibiotic use,occupying large percentage.Conclusion The outpatient pediatric antibiotic usage rate in our hospital is high,and the case is not so reasonable.Clinical application of antibiotics should be further standardized.
