Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of N-acetyl-β-D-glocosaminidase(NAG),kidney injury molecule 1(KIM-1) and neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin(NGAL) in patients with acute kidney injury(AKI).Methods:Seventy-two AKI patients(AKI 1,AKI 2 and AKI 3) and 50 healthy people were involved to detect the NAG,KIM-1 and NGAL in urine,GFR and Scr in plasma. Results:The GFR of the AKI group was significantly lower than control group(P 0.05),while the plasma Scr level of the AKI group was significantly higher than control group(P 0.05).The NAG,KIM-1 and NGAL in urine were positively correlated with plasma Scr level(P 0.05),but negatively correlated with GFR(P 0.05).Conclusion:The NAG,KIM-1 and NGAL in urine of AKI is significantly correlated with kidney damage,it could be used a reliable index for judgment of AKI.
