Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the persitent low flow oxgen inspitation(PLFOI)in the patients with light obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods With the computer-assistant diagnostic system, polysomngrapy(PSG)parameter changes of 60 light-median(AHI=40)OSAHS patients were observed. The treatment efficacy was manifested as sleep latency(SL),sleep efficiency(SE),number of WASO(wake after sleep onset),time of NREM I+II over total sleep time, time of III+IV and REM over total sleep time,apnea-hypopnea index(AHI),nighttime mean SaO 2(M SaO 2) and L SaO 2。 Results After the PLFOI treatment, the parameters of AHI,M SaO 2 and L SaO 2 were obviously improved(AHI 3.0±1.2 vs.17±2.8;M SaO 2 97±1.5 vs.91.1±2.1;L SaO 2 94±1.6 vs.86.2±1.2 )(P0.05).Conclusion PLFOI is helpful for treating the patients with light OSAHS.
