On Legal Protection of the Right to Privacy

As a typical private right, the right to privacy is an important integrant of basic human rights. It is an independent legal entity. With social progress and development, protection of the right to privacy is being paid more and more attention to. But it's a pity that the right to privacy is still not confirmed definitely as a legal right in legislation even to this day, only protection of the right of privacy being seen in certain laws. Because of legislation defect, protection of the right to privacy is utterly baseless from the angle of law and it makes the judicial relief awkward and passive. Therefore, it is imperative to establish and perfect legal system of the protection of the right to privacy.
