Abstract
The right of privacy has been becoming a right that has been affirmed and protected by many national laws clearly in modem society, but it hasn't been provided in our law to this day. Whether the right of privacy is or not a concrete personal right and the protection is or not valuable should be inquire into while the civil code is being compile.
