On Legal Remedy of Impinged Right of Privacy

Protection of privacy is regarded in the law of every country. But it is not prescribed as personality right in our legislation. Right of privacy cannot be protected because it is remedied which classified in name right. Right of privacy has its own characteristics and content. Impingement of privacy is made of some elements. So it should be prescribed with strict legal form in our legislation. Only do this,our construction of legal system will be international deeper.
