Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of the clinical isolates of pathogenic bacteria isolated in the hospital so as to provide basis for the reasonable clinical use of antibiotics.METHODS The bacterial identification results of clinical specimens and the results of drug susceptibility testing performed in 2011 were statistically analyzed.RESULTS A total of 2143 strains of pathogens were isolated, including 1413(65.94%) strains of gram-negative bacilli,372(17.36%) strains of fungi, and 358(16.70%) strains of gram-positive cocci. The Acinetobacter baumannii,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,coagulase-negative Staphylococcus, and Klebsiella pneumoniae were the top 5 species of the isolated pathogens, accounting for 21.42%,16.99%,14.84%,9.47%,and 2.38%,respectively.There were 1472(69.53%) strains of pathogens isolated from the respiratory tract specimens,311(14.51%) strains isolated from the blood specimens, and 187(8.73%) strains isolated from the urine specimens. The majority of the gram-negative bacilli were sensitive to enzyme inhibitors. The methicillin-resistant coagulase-negative Staphylococci(MRCNS) and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) strains accounted for 71.43% and 50.00%,respectively.CONCLUSION The respiratory tract infections remain dominant in the hospital infectious diseases, which are mainly caused by the gram-negative bacilli. The drug resistance of A.baumannii is more serious than that of P.aeruginosa.No strains of vancomycin or linezolid-resistant gram-positive cocci have been detected.
