Clinical effect of captopril combined with valsartan on 33 cases with chronic heart failure

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of captopril combined with valsartan on chronic heart failure. Methods 65 cases with chronic heart failure were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The two groups were given routine anti heart failure treatment, captopril was given to the control group, and captopril combined with valsartan was given to observation group at the same time. the efficacy of the two groups was evaluated. cardiac function change was observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.9%, The total effective rate in the control group was71.8%, the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than thatin the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). The left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular end diastolic diameter in the observation group after treatment compared with those in the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of captopril combined with valsartan on heart failure complicated with ventricular arrhythmia treatment is significant, and captopril combined with valsartan is helpful to improve clinical symptoms and signs.
