Abstract

Objective:To establish the simultaneous determination of muscone,borneol,camphor and isoborneol in Xingnaojing Injection.Method: The GC system consisted of capillary column,DB-FFAP-30M;FID as the detector.The column temperature was programmed from 85 ℃ to 185 ℃ at 5 ℃·min-1,then to 215 ℃ at 20 ℃·min-1,to 230 ℃ at 1 ℃·min-1(holding 5 minutes).The inlet temperature was 230 ℃.The detect temperature was 240 ℃.Nitrogen was used as carrying gas(2.5 mL·min-1).The split ratio was 15∶1;injection volume was 1 μL.The external standard method was employed.Result: Muscone,borneol,camphor and isoborneol in Xingnaojing Injection have been separated well under the same chromatographic condition.Muscone,borneol,camphor and isoborneol are in the determination of a good linear relationship within the scope.Recovery rate of the determination method all corresponded to the experimental standard.Conclusion: The method is simple,sensitive,accurate,separable and reproducible,and can be used to control the quality of Xingnaojing Injection.
