Abstract

Universities is the important entity of regional innovation system.They become the director of regional innovation relying on their superiority in the talents and RD.However universities cannot satisfy the need of regional innovation in fostering talents and offering achievement in innovation,which restrict the contribution of universities.Therefore,universities should regard regional social and economical development as their task and strengthen the construction of their innovation ability so as to widen their space of development.
