Study on Scientific Research Management Mechanism of Local Universities from the Perspective of Regional Technology Innovation

Enhancing independent innovation capability is the key point of adjusting industrial structure and changing growth mode.Local universities are major force in regional technology innovation.However,the current problems in scientific research management mechanism of local universities inhibit them to play their roles in regional technology progress.Therefore local universities should improve scientific research management mechanism from the respects such as service i-dea,management mode,innovation platform,recourse distribution,evaluation system,information system and supervision over scientific research expenditure so as to drive regional innovation activities.
