Abstract
Regional innovation system is the important component of the national innovation system.As the support of national innovation system,construction of regional innovation system provides a rare opportunity for the development of colleges and universities and it also needs to reform.Colleges and universities should integrate into the regional economic innovation system,push forward local economic and social development and form the pattern of positive interaction so that the win-win results can be made.
