Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of Budesonide Suspension for inhalation combined with Salbutamol Sulfate respirator in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD) patients. Methods 40 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute exacerbation were divided into study group(n=23)and control group(n=17).The study group was treated with budesonide and ventolin, while the patients in control group inhaled the same dose of ventolin.Dyspnea score, arterial blood gas index, pulmonary function index and adverse reaction in the two groups were observed and compared. Results Dyspnoea score in the study group was lower than that of control group;arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)was higher than that of the control group, arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2) was lower than that of control group;and forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)absolute value and FEV1% were higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Only 5 cases in study group showed mild adverse reactions. Conclusion The effects of Budesonide Suspension for inhalation combined with Salbutamol Sulfate respirator in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD) are effective.
