Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of budesonide combined with salbutamol atomization inhalation on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD). Methods 96 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into observation group(48 cases) and control group(48 cases). In addition to the rutine treatment, patients in control group were treated with salbutamol atomization inhalation and patients in observation group were treated with the combination of budesonide and salbutamol atomization inhalation.Dyspnea score, aterial blood gas index, pulmonary function index and adverse reaction in the two groups were observed and compared after seven days treatment. Results Dysnea score in the observation group was lower than that of control group;arterial partial pressure of oxygen was higher than that of the control group, arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide was lower than that of control group; and forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1) absolute value and FEV1% were higher than that of the control group, the differences were all statistically significant(P0.05).All patients had no severe adverse reaction in the treatment. Conclusion The effects of budesonide combined with salbutamol atomization inhalation in treatment of AECOPD are more effective than the application of single sabutamol.
