Abstract
The opening to the outside world is a part of Mao Zedong Thought. This essay illustrates Mao Zedong Thought
for an open policy during democratic revolutionary period and socialist construction period. To deeply probe into the question, it
has for us a great instructive and guided significance in relation to accelerating the reform and the epening as well as all-round
constructing a comparatively well-off society
