Abstract
A microcolumn HPLC method for the determination of rutin in hupericum perforatum was studied. The rutin was extracted from the sample with 80% of methanol, then was separated on a Waters Xterra~TM RP_18 (1.0×30?mm, 2.5?μm) chromatographic column, with methanol and 1% acetic acid solution as mobile phase. The detection wavelength is 356?nm. This method was applied to the determination of rutin in hupericum perforatum with good results.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
