Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the regularity and characteristics of the adverse drug reactions ( ADRs) occurred in our hospital for references of clinical rational drug use. METHODS: ADR cases collected in our hospital during 2009 were given a meta-analysis. RESULTS: Antimicrobial drugs-induced ADR cases took the lead with 48. 75% followed by traditional Chinese medicine injections-induced ADR cases (25. 00% ). 53. 75% of the ADRs manifested as lesions of skin and its appendages and 92. 50% of ADRs were induced intravenously. CONCLUSION: The ADR monitoring should be intensified with an emphasis laid to antimicrobial drugs and traditional Chinese medicine injections to enhance clinical awareness on safe medication and ensure patients’medication safety.
