Abstract

A Chemiluminescence method combined with flow injection technique was proposed based on the suppress of vitamin-C on the redox reaction between luminol and potassium permanganate.Under the optimum condition, the calibration curve for the analyte showed the linear relationship over the range of 1.0×10-5~1.0×10-4 mol/L with the detection limit of 4.0×10-6 mol/L.The proposed method was satisfactorily applied to the analysis of vitamin-C content in the beverage with the relative standard deviation of 2.0% and the average recovery of 99.5%.
