Combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in treating gastric ulcer clinical observation of 50 cases

Objective: Observation of the anti helicobacter pylori capsule combined with western medicine for the treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods: 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group was given anti helicobacter pylori capsule combined with western medicine of omeprazole,clarithromycin and metronidazole treatment,control group with omeprazole,clarithromycin and metronidazole therapy. Two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results: Anti helicobacter pylori capsule treatment group syndrome curative effect is better than that of control group( P 0. 05). The treatment group is better than control group( P 0. 05 gastroscope). The treatment group HP eradicate rate was higher than that of control group( P 0. 05). The treatment group after treatment of ulcer recurrence rate was lower than that of control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion: The treatment of gastric ulcer with anti helicobacter pylori capsule combined with western medicine is effetive. It can reduce the ulcer recurrence.
