Abstract

The Manifesto of Communist Party is the natal symbol of Marxism,the guide of proletariat revolution and human beings' liberation as well as a developing scientific theory improving with the time.The Manifesto of Communist Party manifests the theoretic character of Marxism——-improving with the time.Marx and Engels have started a new way of insisting on and improving Marxism with the time,which is a necessary requirement of approaching Marxism scientifically.Marxism improving with the time is a banner of leading the course of socialist revolution and construction to victory.
