Manifesto of the Communist Party,as an important literature of Marxism scientific system,contains many political factors.Its publication symbolized formal emergence of Marxism political outlook.It has been over one hundred years since Manifesto of the Communist Party published.But its development history experience is of important significance to construction and development of modern Marxism politics.
