Abstract
Firstly ultrasound extraction(UE)parameters of proanthocyanidins from grape seed were optimizated.And then,the effects of UE and other extraction techniques were compared.The result showed that the ultrasound extraction parameters were ethanol concentration 70%,solvent to material ratio 18:1、ultrasound power 600W,extraction time 50min,duty ratio 5/5,extraction temperature 70℃,and EY was 3.424% under this extraction condition.Compared with other extraction techniques,UE had higher extraction yield and shorter extraction time.
