Abstract
Ultrasonic extraction and response surface method was used for optimizing the extraction technology of proanthocyanidins.Based on single-factor experiment, extraction time, extraction temperature and ration of material to liquid were selected as influencing factors during extraction. The experiment mathematical model was arranged according to Box-Behnken central composite experiment design. The results showed that the optimum extraction condition for proanthocyanidins were extraction time 36min,extraction temperature 63℃,ration of material to liquid were 1︰46.The predicted extraction rate of proanthocyanidins was 0.944%,and the verification extraction rate was 0.983%,with relative error of 4.13%.
