Abstract
The objectives of building a well-off society in an all-round way puts forward a higher demand for the development of rural society .To reach this demand, we must pay close attention to the issues of agriculture, rural area and farmers, which are decided by the leading issues in the development of China's rural society .We must take effective measures to solve the issues of agriculture, rural area and farmers, and to promote the achievement of the objectives of building a well-off society in an all-round way
