Abstract

According to the argumentation about rural, agricultural and farmer's problems in the 16th National Congress's report,The author puts forward his view in the following respects: (1) To accelerate the construction of a well-off society in rural areas. (2) To develop the agriculture and rural economics. (3) Put forward the rural reform. (4) Help rural labor to move to non-agricultural industries and to cities and towns.
