Abstract
The model for agricuhural efficient water use in large-sized irrigation districts under the lack of water resources and drought condition is researched in this paper. Automatic telemetering system for water regime and optimizing allocation of water resources in the irrigation districts are proposed. The structure design of canal for seepage control freezing prevention, the water-saving irrigation technique in the field, the agriculture comprehensive technique and administrative skill of irrigation districts and the model for agricultural efficient water use under the high integrated IDSS (Irrigation Decision Supply System) are researched.
