Countermeasures of Efficient Water-Saving Irrigation in Jingtaichuan Irrigation Area of Gansu Province

Firstly,this paper focus on the analysis of the irrigation condition,some adopted measures of water management,project management,irrigation technique in field,and then some problems were pointed out,such as the lower level of water-saving irrigation,the system of organization needs to be enhanced.Lastly,some new countermeasures for the problems are explored.In order to develop the efficient water-saving irrigation and ease the contradiction between water supply and demand,we should adjust industrial structure,water-saving irrigation facilities,improve irrigation management level,implement water price reform,strengthen rural water-saving technique training service,and explore and construct the mode of land-transfer in irrigated area.
