Effect observation of Shugan jieyu capsule in the treatment of post-stroke depression

Objective To investigate clinical effect of Shugan jieyu capsule in the treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods 82 cases of patients with post-stroke depression were selected as research objects and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,each group of 41 cases.Shugan jieyu capsule was used in observation group,paroxetine hydrochloride tablet was used in control group.The clinical effect,SDS score and the incidence rate of complication was compared respectively between two groups. Results Total effective rate in observation group was 78.0%,higher than that in control group(56.1%),with statistical difference(P0.05).SDS score after treatment was lower than that before treatment in two groups respectively,SDS score after treatment in observation group was lower than that in control group,with statistical difference(P0.05).The incidence rate of complication in observation group was 7.3%,lower than that in control group(24.4%),with statistical difference(P0.05). Conclusion Shugan jieyu capsule in the treatment of post-stroke depression can improve clinical effect and SDS score,has high security,is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
