The Government Responsibility Defect and Governance in the Implement of New-type Rural Cooperative Medical System

New-type Rural Cooperative Medical System is the main institutional arrangement of the government to provide basic health care services and implement public health functions for farmers.Though it has achieved certain progress,various problems have increasingly exposed,the government responsibility defect is the most important cause.Therefore,the government should adopt effective measures to promote sustainable development of New-type Rural Cooperative Medical System,trying to realize all farmers to enjoy medicine services.
