Value Research of Brain Natriuretic Peptide Levels in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Diagnosis and Prognosis

Abstract
Objective To explore the application of Brain Natriuretic Peptide(BNP)detection in the diagnosis and prognosis of coronary artery disease.Methods 159 cases were diagnosed as coronary heart disease patients with coronary heart disease group,according to etiology for unstable angina group 51 cases,acute coronary artery syndrome 40 cases,stable angina group 43 cases,acute myocardial infarction group 25 cases;select the same period without a cardiovascular health examination in 175 cases as control group,on the all subjects were plasma BNP levels.Results Coronary heart disease in patients with BNP was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);among patients with acute myocardial infarction BNP top level.In 95 patients with coronary heart disease after 1 years follow-up,a total of 10 cases of adverse cardiovascular events,cardiovascular events group in plasma of patients with BNP was(213.64± 14.67) ng/L,and coronary heart disease group and control group,the difference was significant(P0.05).Conclusion BNP on coronary heart disease diagnosis and prognosis assessment has important clinical value.
