On Policy Localization of the New Rural System of Cooperative Medical Care

As a new social medical security system,the new rural system of cooperative medical care is an important system innovation by which the government implements the new rural reconstruction,promotes the rural economy and social coordinated development.The new rural system of cooperative medical care should be part of the social medical insurance of social security system in essence.It is not a typical social medical insurance which has the transitional nature and meets the need of basic medical service based on our national condition and reality.
