Abstract

Establishing newrural cooperative medical care system became an important mission of rural health enterprise.Analyzing the problem of function mechanism in new rural cooperative medical care system and learning advanced experience and concept from Health Maintenance Organization,the authors gave some suggestion on the model choice and management pattern in new rural cooperative medical care system.
