Abstract

New rural cooperative medical service system since the implementation of the country has made great progress.however,due to the cooperative medical service of the legal system is not perfect,the system is not a sound mechanism,the lack of effective rule of law,so constraint the new system of the cooperative medical service to the healthy development.the text of the system of legal issues of analysis and improvement of the new system of the cooperative medical service of the legislative proposal.
