Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of GanShenShuangPai(SGLD) in eliminating lead.Methods Lead poisoning model was made by filling the stomach with the acetic lead.All rats were randomly divided into eight groups:LDBS high-dose group,LDBS middle-dose group,LDBS low-dose group,EDTA-CaNa2 group,EDTA-CaNa2+Livona group(combination of western medicine group),Livona group,plumbum dyed model control group and blank control group(normal control group).After all the lead-poisoned rats were treated with medicine for 5 weeks,the change of the concentration of lead in blood,urine and excrement was observed.Results On reducing the concentration of lead in blood and increasing volume ejection of urine lead,the curative effect decreased from the EDTA-CaNa2+Livona group,to the EDTA-CaNa2 group and then to the Livona group;on increasing the volume of ejection of excrement lead,the curative effect decreased from the EDTA-CaNa2+Livona group to the Livona group and to the EDTA-CaNa2 group.Conclusion GanShenShuangPai can promote lead discharg from kidney-urinary passage and liver-intestinal tract.It reduces the concentration of lead in blood and increases ejection volume of urine and excrement lead.
