Abstract

Objective To discuss the preemptive analgesia effect of flurbiprofen axetil and the actions of using of preemptive analgesia in plastic Surgery. Methods 40 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in group Ⅰ(n=20) received intravenous injection of flurbiprofen axetil 100 mg in 30 min before operation, and those in group Ⅱ(n=20) intravenous injection of saline 10 ml. The degree of ache were evaluated by Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) at the beginning and end of the operation and the result was recorded and analysed. Results T test was used to compare the pain degree from the experimental and control group, and there was great significant difference between the experimental and control group at the beginning and end of operations (p0.05). This meant flurbiprofen axetil can relieve the pain operatively and post-operatively. Conclusion flurbiprofen axetil has good preemptive analgetic effect. Preemptive analgesia can relieve pain and scares of patients operatively and post-operatively to improve the satisfaction of patients to operation effects in plastic surgeries.
