Abstract

There are three main rights of the owner,such as the right of the owner to reobtain the property,the right of the owner to eliminate the obstacles and the right of the owner to prevent to infringement.But the former and the rest are quite different in its objects and its legal consequence .One of the big difference between them is whether they can apply the time limitation of action.The author points out the right of elimination and the right of prevention and the right of owner whose properties are registered to reobtain his (her) property can't apply the time limitation of action.
