Abstract

This essay has confined the connotation of“the owner”and“the owner's right”and has explained the relationship be- tween the owner's right and its relevant rights, such as the common ownership inside the community, right of resi- dence, right of lease, right of mortgage and right outside the community; and has further promoted the initial idea of the staterization of“right of propietor”.
