On the Exclusive Right of Property Owner

Abstract

The owner's exclusive right is the core right in the system of property owner's rights,which is the upper concept of the building separating ownership in the traditional property law.Exclusive right should be defined as possession;only in this way can it be in line with the doctrine of one thing,one right.The owner must exercise the exclusive right within the scope of exclusive part limitedly.When the exclusive right is violated or can not be realized,the owner can relieve the right by way of public or private force.
