Abstract
Yangang Hydropower Station is installed with two sets of Pelton water turbine power generating sets with a single unit capacity of 60 MW. Total installed capacity of hydropower station is 120 MW. This paper introduces briefly the basic behaviors, structure design and functions of each part of water in Yangang Hydropower Station and at the same time, describes the components of safety protection device and the action ways of each component of water turbine in brief.
