Abstract
Two Francis turbine units with the single capacity of 250MW are installed in Pankou Hydropower Station.According to the characteristics of the clear river water power generation,the specific hydraulic design is conducted by the model and its performance can meet the contract requirements.The main components of water turbine are made of stainless steel,the generators are designed as semi-umbrella structure,the electrical part adopts the class F insulation.The basic situation of Pankou Hydropower Station and the river reach,research and development program of water turbine units,the structure and characteristics of the unit,and the main parameters of turbine are briefly introduced.
