Abstract
With the coming of economic globalization, more and more enterprises prefer logistics outsourcing to enhance their competitiveness, which would bring some risk together with benefits. Management risk, information risk, financial risk, and market risk of logistics outsourcing were deeply analyzed from the outsourcing management and operational mechanism. It is indicated that valuing logistics management talents, setting up information sharing mechanism, formulating logistics outsourcing performance indicators, establishing effective profits/ risk sharing mechanism, and improving customer relationship management are effective preventive measures, which would provide the criteria for decision-making of logistics outsourcing.
